Apepazza

The Apepazza brand was founded in Padua in 1983 by Adriana, Claudio and Roberto Bagante, whose professional future was predestined by the family shoe business, which had been in existence since 1953. In the early 80's, the young generation of Bagante family reviewed the old stock and chose the concept of the newly founded brand with an emphasis on the "precious" decor.

The assortment of the first Apepazza collection was small and included mainly espadrilles: models with embroidery, stones, pearls, strasses and sequins. A lot of color and glitter. According to Adriana Bagante, the designer and the brand's inspirer, it was fantastic to work on the first collection. The extravaganza of colors and glitter was mesmerizing and the creative process was like a fun game that quickly turned into a passion.

Accessories naturally became the emblem of the brand, as the shoes of the debut collection were decorated with exclusive handmade products, which the public really liked.
